Yavuz Duvarcı was graduated from the Department of City and Regional Planning of METU in 1989, has a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, U.S. in 1995, has Ph.D. from the İzmir Institute of Technology on transportation planning in 2000. Currently, entering to the transportation, infrastructure and urban simulation related courses in the same institute as a faculty staff and has various studies on the same issues.
